Ockham Technologies is a Swedish science-driven innovation company developing infrastructure for the circular distribution of liquid products.

Today, large volumes of ready-to-use liquid products are manufactured, packaged and transported even though they consist mainly of water. This creates unnecessary packaging, transport, waste and resource consumption. We started Ockham with a simple question: why transport water in packaging when water is already available locally?

Our patented Dosify™ platform enables liquid products to be produced locally from concentrates using treated tap water. The system automatically mixes and dispenses the correct formulation with high precision, allowing bottles and containers to be refilled and reused repeatedly instead of becoming waste after a single use.

But circular distribution requires more than refill technology. Dosify™ is connected to our digital platform, creating the infrastructure for identification, data collection and traceability. Individual containers and refill cycles can be tracked, enabling organizations to measure consumption, reuse and circular performance while improving control and operational efficiency.

This combination of refill, reuse, data and traceability enables a shift from traditional linear product distribution towards scalable circular systems. Rather than focusing only on making packaging easier to recycle, our ambition is to keep packaging and materials in use for as long as possible – and ultimately reduce the need to produce the next package in the first place.

The platform was initially developed for professional cleaning and Facility Management, where precise dosing can also reduce chemical overuse and improve user safety. However, the underlying technology is universally compatible and has potential applications wherever liquid products are repeatedly consumed, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, industry and public-sector environments.

Ockham's business model is based on Circular Refill Infrastructure as a Service, combining technology, software, monitoring, service and data into a recurring service offering. This creates opportunities not only to reduce packaging and resource consumption, but also for manufacturers, distributors and retailers to develop new circular business models around refill and reuse.

We believe the transition to a circular economy requires collaboration across existing value chains. We are therefore looking for manufacturers of liquid products and concentrates, packaging companies, retailers, distributors, industrial partners, researchers and end-users interested in developing and testing scalable refill and reuse solutions.

We don't just want to make packaging easier to recycle. We want to build the infrastructure that allows packaging to be used again and again before recycling is needed.
