Visión Circular is the collective circular economy initiative for packaging led by ANDI, bringing together more than 380 companies from 27 industrial sectors committed to complying with Colombia’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework. Its purpose is to accelerate the transition toward sustainable production and consumption systems through the recovery, recycling, and reintegration of packaging materials, contributing to national environmental goals and regulatory compliance. The program coordinates technical, regulatory, social, and innovation projects to strengthen all actors across the value chain, including waste picker organizations, municipalities, recyclers, and transformation industries. It also promotes strategic alliances, specialized financing mechanisms, digital traceability systems, eco-design, and applied research to scale circularity nationwide. With a growing regional presence, Visión Circular fosters social inclusion for waste pickers, enables new economic opportunities, and delivers measurable environmental impacts, positioning itself as the largest and most influential business-led collective advancing circular packaging systems in Colombia.
